The purpose of the Converter is to cultivate a learning community, designed to scaffold the next generation of large-scale organising.

10 × 100 serves as a collective infrastructure for sensing, synthesising, and amplifying emerging portfolios of transition options across geographies, sectors, and disciplines.

At its core, 10 × 100 is not simply about knowledge dissemination, but about constructing a dynamic learning architecture:

By convening practitioners, civic actors, technologists, financiers, and institutional builders, 10 × 100 aims to operationalise a learning infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale, many-to-many organising — not just to respond to crises, but to:

  1. Refine large-scale organising approaches, supported by digital tools for real-time documentation and sensemaking across governance levels.
  2. Strengthen personal leadership and enhance organisational adaptivity to navigate systemic change and forge new partnerships (e.g. Commons–Public–Private).
  3. Share and operationalise insights within a high-resolution peer environment, alongside committed practitioners between policy and science, administration and civic initiatives, businesses and foundations.
  4. Shape new action-learning agendas for Symbiotic Re-Growth, actively contributing to the conditions for planetary security and civic regeneration.
